Thanks a lot man. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you -- don't check this thing often enough. Head on over to MMAMadness.com, the site I run. We have some great articles and even better MMA conversation. Thanks again, Ben

  • an awesome read. i believe this says it all. it all comes down to the fighter. not the cage not the ring and the the promotion. just the fighter. I would like to conclude by saying that speed and power comes from relaxation and co-ordination which has everything to do with mind and body balance. From the bruce lee story. some fighters want it, and train. some want it, and don't. who will succeed? who will prevail?

  • Hey Todd! I saw the link to this in my bulletin section. Very nice write up and it is odd how so many Pride guys have not looked as great in the UFC as they once did, but I think given time they will shine. Thanks for the link it was a good read! =)

You did pretty well considering you came in after the quarter started. My 5th I took with no studying last time.

  • i know they're not as famous but i think one of the best slams of all time is gray maynard and robert emerson. a tap and a slam resulting in a draw that was cool as all hell. and just yesterday on iron ring i saw some dude stuck in an arm bar knock a guy out with a slam and broke his arm in the process. Both slams technically stoopid but on entertainment factor alone should be one of top five

  • So Frank ends the career of one of the top fighters in the sport(at the time)with his slam, yet it's NOT #1? HA HA HA! Rampage's powerbombing of Arona looks great but the KO probably came moreso from the headbutt than the slam. Quite frankly this list is incredibly insulting to Frank and I think you owe him an apology.
